About Lee Davies
Lee Davies was born in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, UK in March 1967. Lee started education at St Peters RC First School Bromsgrove, followed by St Bedes Middle School Redditch. After completing middle school Lee moved on to St Augustines Catholic High School. Lee then completed his final school year at South Bromsgrove High School.
After leaving school at the age of 16 Lee enrolled on a Youth Training Scheme which focused on the Building Construction Industry. Upon completing the one year YTS, Lee was then employed by the Manpower Services Commission to work on the development and construction of the Bromsgrove British Legion Club. This job involved working alongside professional builders, brick layers, plasterer's, painters, and many other tradesman.
In 1986 Lee started employment at HSdataline, who specialise in Computer Network Structured Cabling Solutions. Starting out as an apprentice engineer, Lee trained alongside the senior team leaders, working on various cable solutions and technologies throughout the UK and Europe. Following a three year apprenticeship, in 1989 Lee was promoted to a Team Leader status which meant the Lee was then running onsite installation projects and responsible for the Management, Welfare and Training of the Junior and Apprentice engineers working on his projects. In 1992 HSdataline promoted Lee to the position of Senior Team Leader, which meant that Lee was then managing some of the largest installations undertaken by HSdataline at that point.
In 1995 Lee was approached by the Directors of HSdataline, to become part of the Project Management Team. Lee excepted the position and became a member of the HSdataline Management Team.
Prior to becoming a HSdataline Project Manager, in 1993 Lee started taking an interest in Computers, with his first system being a 386 running Microsoft Windows 3.1.
By 1995 Lee was fully conversant with the Windows OS and applications which gave Lee a great advantage when joining the HSdataline Management Team. By 1996 Lee had established himself as an Account Manager for HSdataline, managing many large installations and roll out projects, dealing with both Corporate and SME Clients.
Lee continued from 1996 to increase his knowledge and skills by attending various training couses provided by Top Structured Cabling manufactures and many hard hours of home study. Aswel as studying data cabling, Lee also continued with his personal study related to Computer Networking, Operating Systems and Applications. In 1998 Lee developed and designed the first HSdataline website, utilising MS Frontpage 98, giving the company its first presence on the Internet. From 1999 HSdataline invested in sending Lee on to many technical Networking courses delivered by companies such as Cisco, 3com and HP. Lee attended his first Cisco CCDA course in 2000.
In early 2000 Lee setup the First MS 2000 Server solution for HSdataline, which was a challenge. The previous system was a Novell Platform. From this point onwards Lee was made reponsible for most of the IT requirements and Management required by HSdataline.
From 2000 Lee was responsible for Account Management, Project Management, LAN Network Design and the IT Network Infrastructure for HSdataline. Lee worked alongside the other Account Managers and Designers and gave help and advice when required.
Between 2000 and 2005 Lee's job roles remained the same and he continued to acquire knowledge and key skills. HSdataline went through many changes and improvements over this period both by investment in technology and people.

During the above period Lee continued with his personal development and spent many hours, years to be more precise learning about the Internet, Web Development and Marketing, aswel as spending time learning about Servers, PCs and Computer Networking.
Mid 2004 Lee decided to learn digital photography, and soon found out that he had a real passion for the subject and an eye for detail. examples of his photography skills can be found here http://www.ltd-photography.co.uk. The photography started as a means to escape and relax, but then quickley turned into an expensive hobby. Due to the natured of digital photography, Lee also acquired very good knowledge of applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Capture One. Lee now utilises some of the top equipment from Canon ie Canon 1Ds Mark II and Flash lighting from Bowens. Lee has had pictures published numerous times since 2005 and continues to enjoy his photography, when time allows!!
January 2005 Lee developed a serious interest in Search Engine Optimisation. SEO is the process of optimising a website to enable it to be visible on the major search engines, preferably on page one, under certain generic key word phrases. During this period Lee commenced on a training program on Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is a top professional web development software application. During this period Lee decided that he would like to develop a new website mainly to practise his SEO Skills, and purchased the domain name http://www.webpageone.co.uk.
Early 2006: Lee uploaded WebPageOne to a UK Web Host called FastHosts. At this point Lee began the optimisation process, utilisng the SEO skills acquired from the previous years of hard graft and study.
By Mid 2006: Lee was being approached by numerous friends and collegues to create them a Website. This gave Lee the Opportunity to learn about Hosting. Lee setup a Hosting Reseller Account within Streamline.net. This account provided a great deal of excellent services and made the initial experience of Reseller Web Hosting quite simple to understand.
Lee purchased numerous Domain Names via UKreg.com to enable his clients to have their Websites Hosted under their own Domain Names. In November 2006: Lee created his first Blogsite.

December 2006: Lee still holds a full time position within HSdataline as a Network Design Consultant. The Web Design and SEO work takes up most of Lee's other spare time !
Mid December 2006: Lee by this point has invested heavily both in Time and Money into WebPageOne.co.uk. After receiving numerous enquiries about commercial business opportunities from SME UK Companies, Lee has decided to start a commercial UK Company trading as WebPageOne Solutions. WebPageOne Solutions started trading commercially on 25/12/2006.
